Meet the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's 2026 Women in Business honorees

The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's 12th annual Women in Business Awards highlights outstanding women who are driving commerce and the community in the Northwest Arkansas region. Nominated by readers and chosen by the editorial staff, 10 women are honored each year. These honorees are leading startup and longstanding companies, setting examples and pioneering new paths for business leaders, and returning through mentorship the investments made in them when they were working their way to success. It is always a very difficult challenge narrowing this list to 10 honorees each year.
