82-year-old woman accused of trafficking meth, fentanyl from wedding boutique
TRUMANN, Ark. (WKRC) - An 82-year-old woman is facing multiple drug charges after police said a search of an Arkansas wedding boutique turned up suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana and cash. The Trumann Police Department and Poinsett County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant Sept. 10 at Wedding Fantasies in Trumann. Officers arrested Judy A. Cox, 82, who police said lived at the property. She was taken to the Poinsett County Detention Center. Police said officers seized suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia and cash during the search. Cox faces several charges, including trafficking a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl-related drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premises. She also faces additional drug possession and intent-to-deliver charges.
