Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Thursday announced almost $150 million in grants from Arkansas' share of funding from the federal Rural Health Transformation Program.
The grants include $93.6 million from the state's Promoting Access Coordination and Transformation (PACT) initiative.
The remaining $55.7 million was from the state's Telehealth, Health-Monitoring, and Response Innovation for Vital Expansion (THRIVE) initiative.
Below is a list of the grants and their descriptions included in a news release from the governor's office.
The THRIVE grants announced were:
* ARcare: ARcare Rural Transformation Program. (Woodruff, Izard, Baxter, Jackson, Franklin, White, Cross, Benton, Independence, Miller, Faulkner, and Jefferson counties.) Upgrade remote patient monitoring, telehealth micro-clinics, EHR interoperability, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and patient engagement tools through HOME, VIRTUAL, and TECH Fund activities. -- $2,571,095.00
