Fayetteville-based real estate company Collier & Associates said Tuesday (Aug. 25) that it's established what it says is a first-of-its-kind, private-label partnership with Compass International Holdings, a New York-based real estate services company.
Stuart Collier, founder and principal broker of Collier & Associates, said the company pays a set amount per year to use Compass International's proprietary technology.
According to a news release, Collier has not relinquished any ownership in Collier & Associates and retains 100% ownership of the company. The new relationship is expected to combine Collier & Associates with the technology, infrastructure and resources of one of the largest real estate networks.
"Our mindset has always been to challenge the standard - to try, adjust, build and create," Collier said. "The motivation has always been service and impact. We continually ask ourselves: How can we give our agents the greatest competitive advantage so they can provide the highest level of service to their clients?"
