Javier Hernandez, a Rogers native, is building a career centered on connecting people and strengthening communities in the rapidly growing region he loves. Hernandez works with businesses, nonprofits and local leaders to support economic growth and civic engagement across Northwest Arkansas in his role with the Rogers Lowell Chamber. He joined the chamber in December 2025, bringing experience from statewide roles focused on small business development and community outreach. A graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, Hernandez earned degrees in environmental science and political science in 2021 before completing a master's degree at the Clinton School of Public Service in 2023. His early work included supporting entrepreneurs through the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center and the Arkansas Business Navigator, where he helped business owners access resources and navigate state systems. He later worked with Canopy NWA, assisting refugee families as they resettled in the region, an experience that shaped his understanding of how policy and community development affect daily life.
