Free NWA Community Showcase planned in downtown Rogers | Arkansas Democrat Gazette
ROGERS -- The Rogers Lowell Chamber will host a free event celebrating Northwest Arkansas' diverse cultures and communities this Saturday in downtown Rogers. Presented by PepsiCo and the Walton Family Foundation in partnership with the City of Rogers, the event is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 19 at Butterfield Stage, 101 E. Cherry St. in downtown Rogers. The showcase will feature live entertainment, cultural food vendors, local businesses, community organizations and family-friendly activities. Attendees can enjoy live singing and dancing performances on the Butterfield stage, sample a variety of cultural foods and free nonalcoholic drinks, explore exhibits and support local vendor booths. The kids Playard at Railyard park will also be open. Admission is free and no ticket is required. The chamber is also seeking vendors, exhibitors and sponsors for the event. Businesses and organizations can reserve booth space to promote their products, services and community initiatives. All vendors must provide a valid Arkansas business license.
