Hot Springs medical office building sold for $3.6M | Arkansas Democrat Gazette
A 30,000-square-foot medical office building at 100 Hollywood Ave. in Hot Springs recently sold for $3.6 million to 100 Hollywood Properties LLC, Colliers Arkansas said Wednesday in a news release. The transaction closed Friday. Colliers brokers Andrew Wiechern and Brian Gehrki represented the seller. Tabor Farms Inc. Dan Moudy of Baxley-Penfield-Moudy Realtors represented the buyer. "Medical office continues to be a resilient asset class in Arkansas, and this sale reflects the ongoing demand for quality healthcare real estate in strong regional markets like Hot Springs," Gehrki said. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot property is next to National Park Medical Center.
