FAYETTEVILLE -- Robyn Herron is no stranger to pressure situations.
Entering her final season with the Arkansas softball team, the senior left-handed pitcher has worn many hats. She was thrown into the fire early and often as a freshman, experiences that molded her into the staff ace as an upperclassman.
Herron provides a steady presence for Arkansas in the circle.
She is the face of a pitching staff that returns all but one inning of production from last year -- a role she is embracing.
"It definitely helps me to give perspective," Herron said. "Having all those experiences, I think I've played almost every role on this team...It definitely helps me to kind of tell the younger girls, 'It's going to be OK. You have nothing to worry about. It might seem like it's hard or it's bad in the moment, but in a broad perspective, it's not really that bad.'"
