It's essentially a key lime pie made with lemons instead of limes, trading the tart tang of green citrus for a bright but subtle sweetness. And on a hot summer day, I challenge you to resist a treat with that name. On a recent trip back from a Hot Springs swimming hole, my friends and I took a winding country road to visit the impressive bakery case at Home Plate Cafe & Bakery in Hot Springs Village. I wasn't sure yet what I was looking for, only that I couldn't head back to Little Rock without a quick scan of what was on offer.
