INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) -- The Associated Press' second men's college basketball poll of 2026 saw some movement in the Top 10 after another week of conference play.
While Arizona remained No. 1 for now the fifth week in a row, Iowa State moved up to No. 2 after beating Baylor and Oklahoma State by double-digits. Dan Hurley's UConn Huskies also climbed a spot to No. 3 as previously ranked No. 2 Michigan fell to No. 4. The Wolverines lost their first game of the year to Wisconsin on Saturday, which caused the two-spot drop.
Meanwhile, the Purdue Boilermakers remain at No. 5 after winning their two games in Mackey Arena against Washington and Penn State.
Duke and Houston follow Purdue with undefeated Nebraska jumping to No. 8 after overcoming a 16-point second half deficit to Indiana on the road Saturday. Gonzaga and Vanderbilt round out the top 10.
Purdue hosts Iowa Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. while IU's next matchup will be at No. 12 Michigan State on Tuesday.
