Three arrested in Northwest Arkansas on various charges | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Christina O'Dell, 37, of Metal Lanes Drive in Centerton was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine. O'Dell remained at the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $10,000 bond. Arkansas State Police Jose Sorto-Santamaria, 21, of Oak Street in Springdale was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to deliver. Sorto-Santamaria remained at the Washington County Detention Center on Wednesday in lieu of $1,500 bond. Centerton Patricia Vargas, 44, of Silver Maple Street in Centerton was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of aggravated assault on family or household member and domestic battering. Vargas was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
