A $10 million grant from the Walton Family Foundation will support the construction of a new academic building at the University of Arkansas' Sam M. Walton College of Business, the UA announced Tuesday. The business school received the grant to fund the construction of Mandy and Bill Dillard II Hall, a news release from the college says. The building will expand classroom capacity, strengthen student collaboration and support the college's continued growth, the release says. Dillard Hall will sit on the corner of North Harmon Avenue and West Fairview Street and will add around 100,000 feet of academic space including classrooms, study areas, collaboration spaces and the McMillon Innovation Studio, the release says.
