A new study shows that Louisiana has the most at-risk youth in the nation. WalletHub created the ranking using 15 key indicators. According to the study, Louisiana's high ranking is due to having the highest share of people ages 18 to 24 who are not attending school or working and have no degree after attending high school. Louisiana's total score is 64.04, ranking No. 2 for education and employment and No. 10 for health.
