Fogleman Saifi will work with the partners to lead the firm's strategic direction, oversee operations and support attorney development, while maintaining her legal practice. Drew Miller led the firm as managing partner for more than 20 years and will continue his legal practice with the firm, focusing on serving clients and mentoring attorneys. Derrick Smith is the new managing director for Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. Smith will work with Mitchell Williams' Board of Directors to lead the law firm, which was effective Jan. 1. He succeeds Jeff Thomas who served as managing director since 2020.
