Lovely news: Florida ranks top among states for singles and dating
Florida's healthy job growth, dining opportunities and abundance of young people boost its singles score. With Valentine's Day upon us, a new analysis shows Florida is the best state in the nation when it comes to dating and romance. The analysis by personal financial company WalletHub found that Florida is the top state in the country for being single. Analysts with WalletHub compared all 50 states in nearly 30 different elements of dating friendliness, including the share of single adults, unemployment rates among singles, and restaurants per capita.
