Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Sommelier Insurance Group, extending its operations in Omaha, Nebraska, US, and boosting expertise across several commercial insurance segments. The value of the transaction was not made public. Sommelier Insurance Group was established in September 2020 by Luper Akough and serves clients in the Omaha area. The business focuses on trucking, home healthcare and contractor cover, and sought a partner to support its next phase of expansion.
