Trader Joe's Vegetable Fried Rice added to massive glass contamination recall
Foreign objects described as glass shards, from 1 to 3 centimeters long and 2 to 4 millimeters wide, are the reason for the recall. A previous investigation determined that contaminated carrots used in the dishes were the source of the glass.
