Chandler Capital Group acquires Golden, Colo.-based Free Spirit Recreation - Talk Business & Politics
Springdale-based Chandler Capital Group announced Monday (Feb. 2) that it has acquired Free Spirit Recreation, a Golden, Colo.-based designer and developer of rooftop tents and camping accessories for vehicles. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition was completed Jan. 30. "We've always believed the best brands are built by people who live the lifestyle," said Chris Chandler on behalf of Chandler Capital Group. "Free Spirit Recreation earns trust the hard way, by building gear that works when it matters.
