Florida basketball's SEC schedule for the 2026-2027 season was revealed on Thursday by the conference office. The Gators will participate in a home-and-away series against Texas as a rotational partner, in addition to playing Georgia and South Carolina permanently in a home-and-away series. Florida's remaining SEC opponents will only get one look each. The home slate for the Gators includes appearances from Kentucky, Ole Miss, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt. The Gators' road schedule will include traveling to Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, Mississippi State and Tennessee.

Arkansas wing Isaiah Sealy to have surgery after recent injury, John Calipari announces. One member of the Arkansas basketball team will be sidelined for a bit due to a recent injury. Razorbacks head coach John Calipari announced that Isaiah Sealy is dealing with a knee injury. Sealy was injured playing pick-up basketball on Friday, and will need to have surgery. Calipari said Arkansas currently doesn't have a timeline for Sealy's recovery. Sealy is entering his second season playing for Calipari. As a freshman, he appeared in 19 games.

The first automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament came a little bit early. Long Island University claimed the Northeast Conference's berth by beating Wagner in the semifinals of that league tournament Saturday. The Sharks will play in the NEC men's title game Tuesday night, but their opponent (Mercyhurst) is ineligible for the NCAAs because it is still a reclassifying Division I institution. When Mercyhurst topped Stonehill to advance to the championship game, that meant the other semifinal between LIU and Wagner -- Brooklyn vs. Staten Island -- would determine who reached the NCAA field of 68.

OXFORD, Miss. (AP) -- Alex Condon scored 24 points and No. 12 Florida tightened its grip atop the Southeastern Conference standings with a 94-75 win over Mississippi on Saturday. Florida (21-6, 12-2 SEC) entered as the conference leader with a two-game cushion in the loss column over Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee with four games remaining. The win was the seventh consecutive for the Gators and extended its SEC road game winning streak to six. Florida improved to 16-2 since mid-December and remained unbeaten in February.

The Red Wolves have gone 9-3 in home games. Arkansas State is 5-3 when it wins the turnover battle and averages 13.7 turnovers per game. The Jaguars are 8-4 in Sun Belt play.

BATON ROUGE - The frustration in conference play for LSU men's basketball continues as the Tigers fell to No. 21 Arkansas 91-62. LSU is now 2-9 in SEC play. Matt McMahon's team has lost five of their last six games against SEC teams. LSU's last three SEC losses have come by double digits. Marquel Sutton led LSU with 18 points on the evening with six rebounds. On the other end, Darius Acuff Jr.

Auburn's recent SEC struggles continued on Tuesday night. The Tigers fell to Vanderbilt 84-76, their third consecutive conference loss. The Commodores were in control most of the night. Auburn led for just 20 seconds of game time, with its last advantage 19-18 in the first half. Tyler Tanner led the way for Vandy. He had a game-high 25 points, with 19 coming in the second half. Jalen Washington added 22 points. Auburn outscored the Dores 45-42 in the second half, but it wasn't enough to overcome the 42-31 deficit from the early going.

Hunter shot 8 for 12 (3 for 7 from 3-point range) and 9 of 9 from the free-throw line for the Bears (15-10, 10-2 Atlantic Sun Conference). Cole McCormick added 10 points. The Lions (7-16, 2-10) were led by Donte Bacchus with 17 points.
